For the final year of Viper production Dodge introduced the 10f1 Custom Build Experience. This allowed buyers the opportunity to select from a wide seletion of options to create their dream Viper. Throughout the process, buyers would receive status updates and build pictures via the Viper Concierge Service. This helped to both increase excitement for my new ACR and make the four month build time more bearable.
Check out pictures from the process below.

The Viper ACR Extreme includes 24 individual painted parts/panels, and each one of them is hand-sanded to a smooth finish and then placed on racks to be painted. The racks are wheeled into a climate-controlled chamber where it takes roughly 6 man hours to spray all the panels with layers of both paint and clear coat. Once the painting is finished, the panels are baked in an oven at temperatures reaching 180 degrees to help speed up the drying process and harden the finish. Next a team of professionals hand-sand and polished each panel to remove any imperfections and produce a smooth, glossy finish.
